GROUND SHIPPING

Autobat

Additional shipping cost of $300 will be applied to Hawaii and Alaska.

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of when the order was placed. It may take up to 5-7 business days to receive the product.

We may experience a huge volume of orders during the sales event and therefore, the shipping may be delayed than usual on discounted products.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will not be granted until AUTOBAT USA has received the items and deemed them acceptable for refund, replacement, or exchange.

If Replacement is due to the damages incurred during shipping, then the claim must be filed to shipping company first.  Replacement process then, can be initiated, once you receive a final decision on claim from shipping company.

When returning items, please package them accordingly to avoid damage during shipment.

AUTOBAT USA is not responsible for any damage caused by poor packaging and has the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or exchanges if items are damaged upon receipt.

When returning items, please confirm the return address and note the tracking number to avoid losing shipments. AUTOBAT USA is not responsible for lost items.
AUTOBAT USA is not responsible for costs of shipping items to AUTOBAT USA unless the items are deemed defective by AUTOBAT USA upon our evaluation.

AUTOBAT USA is not responsible for costs of shipping items back to the customer unless the items are deemed defective by AUTOBAT USA upon our evaluation. This also applies to exchanges or incorrectly ordered products.

AUTOBAT USA reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, or exchanges if the returned items are deemed unsatisfactory or non-defective by AUTOBAT USA.  In such an event, AUTOBAT USA will not be responsible for the costs of shipping the items back to the customer.
